William C. Hood, attorney at law, is a graduate of Clemson University (B.A. 1974) and the University of South Carolina (J.D. 1977). After being admitted to the South Carolina Bar in 1977, he opened his private law practice the following year. During his decades of service to the communities of South Carolina, Attorney Hood has gathered experience at all levels of the state court system. This includes a substantial number of reported cases before the South Carolina Court of Appeals and the South Carolina Supreme Court.

Attorney Hood has also been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He is a member of the Real Estate Practices Section and Family Law Section of the South Carolina Bar and has served as a licensed agent for Chicago Title Insurance Company since 1986.
